BEYOND BORDERS

We are proud to present the exhibition organized in collaboration with Hasan Sarıtaş Gallery and Monád Gallery from Budapest, as part of the Hungarian-Turkish Cultural Season. The exhibition aims to strengthen cultural dialogue through the universal language of art and build bridges between nations.

"Beyond Borders" highlights the power of art that transcends boundaries and the harmony of different ideas, bringing together a distinguished group of Hungarian and Turkish artists with the audience. By showcasing the diversity of artistic media, the exhibition offers visitors an immersive experience with works made from materials ranging from marble to glass, including paintings, photographs, and sculptures.

Among the Turkish artists featured are Mehmet Yılmaz Ak, Fırat Altındal, Oğuzhan Atatanır, Ömer Faruk Erdoğan, Zafer Malkoç, and Evrim Kılıç. These artists reinterpret historical and cultural heritage from a contemporary perspective, bringing a fresh outlook to the art scene. Their works highlight the rich past of Turkish art and its creative spirit shaped by modern artistic understanding.

The exhibition also features some of the most renowned figures of contemporary Hungarian art, including Kossuth Prize winner Boldi, Munkácsy Prize laureate Mózes Incze, Péter Lenkey-Tóth, and the Nagy-Molnár+Botos collective, known worldwide for their mastery in the use of glass and light.
The rising stars of the younger generation, Bolda, Laura Medcalf, and Bernát Haupt, also contribute impressively to the exhibition.

"Beyond Borders" promises to be one of the most remarkable events of this year’s exhibition season. A celebration of the shared heritage and innovative spirit of both nations, this exhibition will offer visitors a unique and unforgettable experience.
